Yoga for Pregnancy
My yoga for pregnancy course will provide a wonderful space for you to connect with your body, breath & baby/(babies!) throughout your pregnancy journey. Each week we will gradually improve body suppleness & strength through yoga postures, preparing you for labour & childbirth. You’ll be guided through breathing techniques and relaxation methods, to support you in the changes that naturally occur in pregnancy.

About Me
Emmyoga offers friendly and down to earth yoga classes where you’ll feel welcome and relaxed. With classes suitable for all abilities, yogis can find space to connect body, mind and breath. You'll find no judgement here but a focus on improving your skills at your own pace and in your own way.
Emily will bring her own unique style to class developed while practising, studying and teaching yoga. We know yoga can be life-changing but it’s something you need to experience yourself and showing up is the hardest part.
